All Surveys Sent!

The smoke test didn't seem to have any questions or concerns (other than editing some thumbnails), so all of the surveys have gone out!
Please note, if you are in the state of Tennessee, sales tax is tacked on, unfortunately.
As a reminder, you will not be charged upon completion of the survey, as I have to manually push the charges for the cards. Since the surveys will be open until May 31st, I'll wait until June 1st to lock in the orders and start the charges, so I can get everything ordered.
Since I hope for everything to be in hand by September, I will also give the option of in person pick up if you will be at my latter September - December events; in which I will credit your account the shipping costs. I don't want to risk including all of September in case there are any delays, but we can always work something out down the road if it all comes early.

I'll post more information on that, as well as update the convention list if things start rolling in early.
If you also intend to be a pin tier patron in September, I can also credit your account $4 in postage if you want your Kickstarter rewards shipped with your monthly pin rewards!

Survey to 5% of Backers Sent!

My survey was approved by BackerKit (so many errors! but I think I corrected them all), so the "smoke test" has now gone out! This means that 5% of the backers in each tier has received one.
I *think* I can also manually push a survey out to a few of you that want to be volunteers to check for errors!
Once these start rolling in, if there aren't any major issues, then I'll plan to send the surveys to everyone toward the end of the week.
Also! The Luna Moth plush has been completed, and I've updated the add-on shop with the photo from the manufacturer. Even though it does look different from the classic mothman, it is identical, just a different photo angle!

I don't want to hold up the campaign any longer while waiting on the Luna Moth plush sample, so I've sent the survey off to be reviewed, which states takes up to 2 business days. If I don't have any major errors, then the smoke test will go out first, which will be to 5% of backers to catch any errors before everyone receives them.
As a reminder, this is where you will let me know what you backed for! I've had several ask how to tell me their requested size/colors, which will all take place on the survey.
I hope everyone will have their surveys by Thursday of this week, May 18th, to allow almost 2 weeks for completion.
Payments will be processed from May 31-June 15th, then I'll put the orders in for all of the quantities needed immediately after, so we can try to stay within the September fulfillment timeline.
If you did want a Luna Moth plush, the surveys will allow for edits until the end of May, so I will update the photos in the BackerKit store, as well as send an update here of how it looks, to allow time to adjust what you pre-ordered before cards are charged.
I'm closing the surveys down on May 31st, with cards to be charged immediately after. In the past, I believe anyone that selected the PayPal option gets charged immediately? I can't quite remember, so just be cautious of your payment method! I know for credit cards only, I have to manually charge them, which I plan to do on May 31st, so please plan accordingly.
I will be ordering extras for Etsy and conventions, so this will also cover a few that do not finish their surveys on time. I'll post another update when all of the surveys are sent, so you will know if you've missed them or not.

Survey Delay!

The survey was originally planned to come out around now, but I want the physical sample of the Luna moth plush for the add-on shop, rather than just hoping it turns out good 😅
They said it should be around another week before it's ready, but Kickstarter also said around another week before Funds will be sent my way, and I want to make sure that's clear so anyone that had failed charges will have a chance to make corrections in backerkit!

As a reminder, today is the last day to make any adjustments to your pledges! The campaign ends at midnight tonight (central time).
The surveys will come out around 2 weeks from today, so Kickstarter has time to process pledges, and any failed pledges can be taken care of in BackerKit.
The BackerKit survey will have an add-on shop, in which I'll have a mothman and luna moth plush available too! The samples are being finalized now, then I will need them in hand to properly gauge the pricing (which is why I didn't add them to the main campaign, but I think he will be $30-35 retail and $25-30 for KS/BackerKit).
